    I am an Internist with  more than 10 years of medical experience. I completed my residency at St Mary's Medical Center, in Waterbury, Connecticut, a Yale University primary care program and  a fellowship program  with University of Minnesota.  I am  licensed  to practice medicine in the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa.

    I provide comprehensive health care as an acute care physician or hospitalist  in selected hospitals in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa. 

    My telemedicine platform is aimed at providing :
    1. Wellness clinic for developing countries  using World Health Organization and United States Preventative Services Task Force standard of Care. Totoe Health Care Consulting Services will manage and follow up on patients with chronic medical conditions such as hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Cholesterol problems, Thyroid Problems, Weight Changes in heart Failure, Obesity related medical conditions such as obstructive sleep apnea. 

    2. Facilitate and assist patients in obtaining sub specialty consultation and care when needed

    3. Management of low     acuity medical conditions in patients in the US and Ghana, West Africa. Examples of low acuity conditions include but are not limited to:
    -Simple allergies
    -Arthritic pain
    -Mild asthma
    -colds and the flu
    -Sore throat
    Sinus Infections
    Skin infections such as Cellulitis
    Urinary tract Infections

    In times of an emergency, you will be directed to go to the emergency room to see a physician, however you will get a chance to speak to a health care provider, night and day. You will not be alone as often happens in areas where there are no emergency health care services.
